Type 92 HMG
 

The Japanese left several machine guns in Indochina after World War Two, witch were used by the Vietnamese communists mostly in the beginning of the war.

The 92 7.7 was one of the most widely used weapons by the Japanese army in WWII. The rate of fire was low causing it to be nicknamed the "woodpecker". It was a stubern air cooled HMG.
